Natural Foods n Bakery is Under Construction. When completed you will find organic and naturally sourced food products that are vegan, gluten free, allergy conscious, low glycemic or sugar free. Our gluten free products are made from someone who is celiac, and are truly GF. We only use natures own natural sweeteners such as fruits, so our products are naturally low glycemic and processed, raw, and sugar cane free. Our baked goods are hand made fresh. We have supplements, herbs, extracts, oils, and vitamins. You can also find gifts and books and even schedule a consultation for information (not medical advice).
